Jobs privacy policy
How Jobs handles employer accounts, job offers and support messages.
Data used by Jobs
Employer profiles store name, company, email, optional phone/address/location, preferred language, verification status and a password hash. Google/Facebook sign-in stores the provider and account identifier, not access tokens. Jobs accounts remain separate from MYCV accounts; the infrastructure and administration are shared.
Public offers and applications
Approved offers from active employers are public. Recruiter email addresses are not displayed. Applications store the submitted name, email, optional phone, CV URL and message, their date/status, and a MYCV account identifier only when the authenticated prefill token is valid. Only the recruiter owning that offer can read and organise applications in their workspace; authorised administrators can access records for support and moderation.
Cookies, location and protection
A session cookie keeps employer sign-in and the selected language. IP-based approximate location suggests a country and city, which you can change. Hashed identifiers support request limits; server logs may record technical requests. When enabled, the support form uses Google reCAPTCHA, subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms. Offer analytics store hashed browser-session identifiers within an hourly bucket, viewing times and the available country/city. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the offer analytics table, and the statistics do not identify visitors. The application form also uses reCAPTCHA when enabled. Automated account messages use the Jobs sender and shared paced email queue; password resets are delivered immediately within the hourly limit.
Visibility, storage and requests
Deactivating or archiving an offer removes it from public listings; archiving does not erase its database record. Support messages and automated receipts are stored in the shared email queue for delivery. Contact Jobs help to request access, correction or deletion; requests are reviewed with regard to account security and applicable obligations.
